Damages

Incase of any damages in the apartment, the Thinkk Travels agrees to pay and be responsible for any damages, lost property or necessary service costs caused by the acts or omissions of guests booked with us and guests hosted in the units including but not limited to the misuse of equipment, plumbing stoppages, accidents, negligence or intentional conduct. A fee of not less than $70 is applicable after assessment.
